This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, and international shipping.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If there is any delay in processing or a stock issue, we will notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders from New South Wales, Australia.

3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping from Australia.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at info@stylishdogs.com.au.
After processing has begun, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
